Excellent, Motel close to the ocean the rooms are good , & the motel is owner friendly Operator. The price on long term rental is good. Old Orchard Beach is Just 10 minutes away from the motel.
Older but clean motel. Nothing fancy. Would stay again. Bathroom was right out of the 70-80s.
Very clean. Our room had wooden floors. We enjoyed our stay very close to many attrations including old orchard beach. With great and courteous service. Would recommend Will go again
